Fantastic location just a short walk away from major attractions. Our room had a beautiful view of the canal. The breakfast spread was abundant and satisfying. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us arrange an early morning water taxi to the airport. The room and bathroom were both clean. The quad room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and comfortable, the largest room we had during our trip in Italy.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It was really close to the city center, so we were able to easily explore all the main attractions. The staff was also very helpful and gave us great information about places to visit in the city. Plus, the coffee at breakfast was really good.
Our room was not up to par. The furniture was outdated and the walls were dirty.

Great location, right near everything you'd want to see in the city center. Convenient to several vaporetto stops, making it easy to explore Venice. The rooms, though small, are comfortable with a nice view of the kanal. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering assistance with luggage. The breakfast is decent, with a variety of options including hot drinks, juices, breads, ham, cheese. The only drawback is the confusion in finding the hotel and the lack of free city maps.

This hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of Venice, making it easy to walk to all the main sights and attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the canal. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. Plus, the breakfast is included and offers a delicious assortment of options, including freshly made cappuccino.
The only minor downside was the thin padding on the mattress, which could have been more comfortable.

Great location, very close to the main square and a short walk from the water bus station. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and directions to find the hotel easily. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower. a fantastic value for money.
The only downside was that there were a lot of stairs and no lift, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast could have had more variety, but it was still good.
